Healing Artist Membership

Membership with Meaning

NCW Healing Arts Collective is a membership-based community for holistic health and wellness practitioners.

This Collective exists to support visibility, connect and grow together, while honoring the individuality of each member’s practice.

Together we are creating a strong, relational ecosystem where each offering can be seen more clearly because it’s held in context.

Alicia's Vision

Why we Exist

NCW Healing Arts Collective exists to give conscious businesses a way to be visible and connected without having to work in isolation or carry the full weight of marketing your business alone.

Many healers do meaningful, skilled work in their field, but don't spend much energy reaching beyond their inner network. As a result, their work often remains under-recognized, not because it lacks value, but because the structures around it are fragmented.

So instead of trying to fit [square] into the mainstream small business mold, we've designed this Collective as something ((round)) that fits us.

NCW Healing Arts Collective offers a shared foundation that supports individual practices while strengthening the whole ecosystem. Here, members are held within a relational structure that makes their work easier to find, understand, and trust.

Who is This For

The Collective is best suited for practitioners who align with our 7 Principles. Those who

See well being as an interconnected whole

Are in a season of growth or evolution

Want to grow alongside others over time

This space supports those who approach their work with intention and feel aligned with building something steady, relational, and long-lasting.

What Membership Includes

Membership provides access to a shared foundation that supports both individual practices and the collective whole.

Members receive:

  • A professional profile within a searchable directory

  • Inclusion in a living community events calendar

  • Opportunities to contribute blogs, events, and offerings

  • Invitations to regular in-person gatherings and networking

  • Ongoing connection with other practitioners in the region

  • Built-in accountability that supports continued growth and presence over time

  • Collective visibility through shared promotion and outreach

This infrastructure exists so members can focus on their work while still benefiting from being part of something larger.

Building Visibility, Together

While the Collective is rooted in integrity, creativity, and relationship, it also meets a very practical need: visibility.

Too many gifted practitioners remain unseen simply because marketing feels overwhelming or out of alignment. Membership offers a shared platform that includes SEO strength, promotion support, and review systems designed to make visibility easier and more sustainable.

As the way people search continues to evolve, especially through AI-driven tools, being part of a connected, content-rich ecosystem helps ensure that our work is discoverable and accurately represented. Together, our collective presence carries more weight than any one voice alone.

How the Collective Works

The Collective becomes more alive through participation. Members add their offerings, engage in relationship, and contribute in ways that feel authentic to them.

Some members are very active. Others participate more quietly. Both are welcome. What matters is a shared commitment to care, integrity, and reciprocity.

Success Stories

Even in our first few months, connections and visibility through Collective membership have led to tangible results. Here are a few examples:

Collaboration → Sold-out event Two members connected at a quarterly gathering. Their first co-hosted workshop sold out completely.

New venue + Collective promotion A member launched an event at a fellow member's space. 85% of attendees reported that they discovered it through Collective channels.

One blog feature → new client A reader found a blog written by a member while searching for local services and booked a session.

The Investment

$45 /mo + one time $200 setup fee

This investment supports both the practical infrastructure of the Collective and the energetic container it holds. Rather than paying for individual services à la carte, members invest in a shared foundation that benefits everyone involved.

Pathways to Join

If this feels aligned, there are two ways to move forward. Book a discovery call to ask questions and explore fit, or join directly and begin the onboarding process.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the NCW Healing Arts Collective?

It’s a curated community of healing artists across North Central Washington. We exist to increase visibility for practitioners, strengthen local connections, and offer shared resources that help your practice grow with integrity.

Who can join?

Any healing artist, therapist, bodyworker, musician, teacher, or creative guide whose work aligns with our guiding principles and who is committed to treating their practice as a professional calling rather than a hobby.

How much does it cost?

Membership begins at a monthly rate with the option to pay annually at a discount. Details are listed on our Membership Tiers page.

What if my practice is already full, or I’m not practicing year round, so I don’t really need visibility?

The Collective is about being named as part of the ecosystem of care in this region. Membership reflects who you are and the work you steward, not your current availability. Though many members value the extra exposure for lead generation, involvement does not have to be about soliciting clients or pushing growth. Many members are seasonal, selectively available, or simply choosing a quieter chapter. Their presence still matters.

Being part of the Collective is less about filling a calendar and more about belonging, contribution, and helping shape a shared resource rooted in integrity and care.

What do I get as a member?

Every member receives a profile page in our online directory, inclusion in category listings, access to quarterly networking gatherings, and encouragement to participate in the blog, events calendar, and shared promotions. Initial setup includes a personal web presence audit as well.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. Payments already made (monthly or annual) are non-refundable, but your profile and benefits remain active until the end of the paid period.

Will you create my profile for me?

You provide the words and images through a simple form, and we edit, format, and optimize your profile so it looks polished and professional.

What about my Google Business Profile?

We help review and refresh your listing if needed, ensuring clients can find accurate information about you online.

Are there networking opportunities?

Yes. We host quarterly in-person gatherings and maintain an online forum where members can connect, collaborate, and share ideas.

Do I have to attend events?

No, but we encourage participation. The more you show up, the stronger the community becomes, and the more benefit you’ll see in return.

How much of a time commitment is membership?

Membership does not come with quotas or required output. There are gentle invitations to share events, write blog posts, and participate in the forum, but how you engage is always up to you. Like any living community, the more presence and care you bring, the more connection and support you are likely to feel in return. Members are encouraged to participate in ways that feel sustainable and aligned with their season of life and work.

Can I promote my own events?

Absolutely! Members are encouraged to add their classes, workshops, and special events to the collective event calendar. We will use this calendar to create additional promotion.

What if I don't write well?

Don’t worry. If you’d like to be featured on the blog, we can do a short interview with you and help polish your story into a publishable article for an additional fee. The blog can also host images and videos, so if you're more comfortable linking to a youtube video on the blog you can absolutely do that!

Why do you limit membership by category?

To maintain a boutique, curated feel. This ensures every member has visibility without the directory becoming overcrowded with similar offerings.

What if I already have a website and branding?

That’s great. Membership is about visibility and community. Your profile can link directly to your site, and you’ll benefit from the collective SEO, promotions, and events.

Do you guarantee new clients?

No. The Collective is not designed purely as a client-generation service, although that may happen. What we offer is a shared professional home, community connection, and a trusted resource where your work is represented with integrity. Some members welcome new clients, others are full, seasonal, or selectively available. Membership is about belonging to and contributing to the ecosystem of care in this region, not about guaranteeing demand.

Final Invitation

The Collective grows through the care and commitment of the people inside it. If you recognize yourself in what’s being built here, and you’re ready to be part of a community that values depth and relationship, we’d love to explore that next step with you.

or, if you still have questions

If you haven’t already, take a moment to visit our public facing site at ncwhealingarts.com, to feel the spirit of how we present ourselves to the wider community. It will give you a sense of the shared heartbeat and vision of our collective.

If you see yourself reflected in these values, you’re in the right place. Let's connect to learn how to make the most of your membership.
