Welcome to NCW Healing Arts Collective (“Collective,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, subscribing to our emails or SMS campaigns, or engaging with the directory of practitioners listed here, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Purpose of the Collective

NCW Healing Arts Collective is a promotional and community platform. We exist to connect visitors with healing artists, practitioners, and creatives in North Central Washington. We do not provide medical, therapeutic, or professional services ourselves.

2. Practitioner Listings

Practitioner profiles, business information, and services are provided by the practitioners themselves.

Reviews and testimonials are submitted by real clients, but we cannot guarantee accuracy.

We may provide editing support (such as formatting, images, or SEO optimization), but responsibility for all claims lies with the practitioner.

We reserve the right to edit or remove content that does not align with our guiding principles, community standards, or legal requirements.

3. No Employment or Agency Relationship

Practitioners listed on this site are independent businesses or individuals. Membership in the Collective does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship with NCW Healing Arts Collective.

4. Membership & Payments (For Practitioners)

Membership fees are billed monthly or annually and auto-renew unless canceled.

Practitioners may cancel at any time. Months or years already paid will not be refunded.

Founding Member discounts and benefits apply only as specified at sign-up.

We reserve the right to terminate membership for practitioners who act unethically, misrepresent their services, harm the reputation of the Collective, or fail to align with our guiding principles.

5. Email & SMS Communications

By subscribing, you consent to receive emails and, where applicable, SMS messages from us.

We comply with all U.S. laws including CAN-SPAM and TCPA.

You may unsubscribe or opt out at any time by following the links in our messages.

We do not sell or share subscriber or member lists with third parties.

6. No Guarantee of Results

NCW Healing Arts Collective does not guarantee client leads, revenue, or business success. Our role is to increase visibility, but outcomes vary and are the responsibility of each practitioner.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

The accuracy of practitioner information.

Any services provided by practitioners listed in the Collective.

Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from use of this site or practitioner services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will first be addressed through good faith mediation before other remedies are pursued.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as needed. Continued use of the site or services indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
